Heartland Landscape Group started business in 2001 providing landscape maintenance and installation services for Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Here are Heartland's supervisors.

Brian Courtney, Landscape Installation

Brian is the co-owner and landscape installation department manager for Heartland Landscape Group, LLC. Brian brings an extensive background in the landscape field. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in May of 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. While at OSU, he received a major in Business Management and a Minor in Horticulture. Brian has worked for over 13 years in the green industry. He started his landscaping knowledge as the owner and operator of a small lawn service throughout high school and college. Upon college graduation in 1999, he worked for a large landscaping company in Dallas until January of 2002. Throughout his work in Dallas, Brian advanced from a crew foreman to a commercial area manager and eventually became the operations manager for the entire residential division. He also attended many conventions, trade shows, training seminars, and landscape short courses during his time in Dallas. Brian received his Certified Applicator License (CA-20621) from the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture in March of 2002. Brian has and will continue to attend educational classes to gain more landscape knowledge and stay up with the changes in the industry to help better serve his clients.

The Courtney family

Meg Courtney is Brian's wife and office manager. Meg and Brian are the parents of daughters Carly and Anna Claire.

Chad Hetrick, Landscape Maintenance

Chad Hetrick is the co-owner and landscape maintenance department manager for Heartland Landscape Group, LLC. Chad graduated from Oklahoma State University in December of 2005 with a Bachelor of Science and Natural Resources degree in Landscape Contracting. He has worked with Heartland every summer since 2002. Other experiences in the green industry include working at the Oklahoma Botanical Gardens & Arboretum during college and operating a lawn service through high school.
